Subject: Reduced Nerve Flow Equals Reduced Body Function

From Name: [[fromName]]

Hi [[leadFirstName]],

Organs and muscles only do what the brain tells them to do.

The “power plant” of your brain sends its messages with 100 percent efficiency, regardless of the interferences between it and the recipient.

But if only 75 percent of the “electrical current” actually gets through, your organs and muscles receive only 75 percent of the messages sent by your brain. In other words, 25 percent of the intended messages are lost somewhere along the way.

Meanwhile, your brain carries on, not knowing that your organs and muscles are only doing 75 percent of what it is trying to tell them to do.

This is exactly what happens when a nerve gets impinged.

As R.W. Stephenson puts it, “When a nerve is ‘impinged,’ it means that one or more of the axons is impinged, and there is interference with transmission in the nerve.”

We know that impinged nerves can cause numbness and pain and can interfere with muscles’ ability to contract or relax properly. Why would it be any different for your organs? When interference occurs between your brain and your organs, chemical imbalances occur in your glands.

Other organs, responding to the imbalance, alter their function in an attempt to compensate for the problem. One by one, parts of the body attempt to adapt, and the system is thrown into disarray, producing symptoms.

It's the chiropractor's job to find these imbalances and clear them with a chiropractic adjustment. Once this happens, the root cause is fixed and the symptoms go away.
