Our Approach to Health at Our Well House: 4 Things All of Our Providers Agree On (And A Few Things We Don’t!)

Hi [[leadFirstName]],

The providers at Our Well House want you to feel empowered to experience freedom in your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health; to see you and serve you in the same light in which you were created.

You can count on that to be our core mission no matter who you see on your visit—whether for chiropractic, functional nutritional therapy, functional medicine, or massage therapy.

Our team shares many fundamental values, and we align our views on health and wellness. We are also individuals with unique perspectives. We don’t agree on everything—and that’s okay. We don’t form relationships by agreeing on everything; we believe that sharing different ideas and challenging each other is what makes us more informed providers and a stronger team.

We want everyone to experience the same level of care and a similar approach during their visit with us. We feel our different insights based on our personal experiences and needs are an important part of the Our Well House experience.

In our commitment to serving in a transparent and honest way, we are sharing four things we agree on as a wellness collective. We are also sharing a few of the things we offer different perspectives on.

At Our Well House, we align on…

Faith & Grace

Above all, we view God as our one true healer and restorer; our entire team serves in His name.

A Holistic Approach

All our providers take a holistic approach to health. That means we share an openness to different perspectives, experiences, and environmental factors; we change and evolve throughout the different seasons of life.

Sovereignty & Autonomy

We are here to support you on your wellness journey. Ultimately, we place you in the driver’s seat of your health. We all agree that you know your body best, and we honor that when you’re under our care.

Our Product Recommendations

You’ll notice on your visit that we have a “mini” storefront with some of our favorite products, which our team has vetted and approved. We won’t promote something if one of us doesn’t believe in it.

We might offer different perspectives when it comes to…
Nutrition & Food Choices

We believe that how you nourish your body is a personal choice based on your individual needs. While we may make recommendations of recipes or share some of our favorite foods and ways to nourish ourselves, we all choose what's most supportive for our systems and will never promote any specific diet.

If you want to learn more about how you can best nourish yourself, read more about functional nutritional therapy with Carrie Vitt in this blog post.

Supplements & Vitamins

Again, this is unique to you. You might see some of us sharing what we take or enjoy; please know this is not necessarily reflective of our collective. We recommend creating a supplement and vitamin protocol tailored to you; schedule a Functional Nutritional Therapy appointment with Carrie Vitt to get yours.

Raising Children

Families are our top priority at Our Well House. We do all we can to support yours. We want that to reflect what YOU and YOUR family need and not what we think we should be doing for you.

You’re welcome to bring your little ones with you if you have an appointment with us; while we may all raise ours differently, the one thing we share is that we love having kiddos around here.

Please note: For Functional Nutritional Therapy appointments, having your child present might not allow you to get the most out of your session. During these appointments, you’re more in “learning mode”. Of course, they are still welcome; it’s just something to keep in mind.

If you have any further questions about our values and our approach to our services, please get in touch with a member of our team.
